Chronic health wisdom - athlete or not

I love this show! I’m not an athlete but I found the show because of my autoimmune issues. Amy is so great at explaining not only what you should be doing but also WHY it’s important. It’s light bulb after light bulb going off and making the right choices seems so much easier after each episode. This show is a must-listen for anyone looking to improve their health whether it’s for athletic reasons or not. I highly recommend it!
