Welcome to Our NEW Show!



Last night as I was worshiping and praying, God dropped in my heart a beautiful picture of what He is allowing for many of us—transition.



Here is what I heard Him saying...



Many of us have cried out for vision, clarity, and change.



Last year disappointed many of you because you were expecting 2020 vision. You were expecting a year that didn’t deliver to your expectations!



Relate?



I’m hearing His reminder that in His prophetic calendar, the 5770’s were years of vision. Many of us were given vision of what His destiny is for us. We saw. We sat. We soaked.



5780 hit in conjunction with 2020. It began a decade of “speaking forth” or “ bringing forth” the vision, declaring what God is doing, sharing how He works, sharing His plans, inspiring others into their destinies.



What happened?



As revival was moving into a full flame, the enemy poured out fear, anxiety, and infirmity. Our whole world has panicked rather than turn to the One Who is King of all kings and Lord of all Lords. Our churches shut down. We were muzzled. We were distanced.



God reminded me of what that calendar month meant in the Hebrew calendar. We are in it now again. ️



This is a month of deliverance. This is a month of supernatural deliverance and extravagant provision. This is a month of transition. This is a month of new beginnings.



What does that mean?



It means that it is time for you to step out into your destiny, even if you don’t see every step or especially if you don’t see every step.



Whatever you are afraid of—provision, mistakes, letting go, stepping out now, readiness—its time to step out. Those things are discouragement, distractions, and interruptions that are intended to stop you from fulfilling your calling, life purpose, and destiny.  Those things are weapons of the enemy intended to keep you from being the force God designed you to be. Those are weapons intended to keep you stuck where you are so you don’t ever step into your destiny in the kingdom of God!



This is a month to remember that you are in transition. You are moving from where you have been to where you are going. It is literally a transition from the past to the future.



Transition is that period of time changing from one place or condition to another. It is the process or period necessary for change. It is going through from one place to another.



God gives us a beautiful story of transition that took place in this month—the Israelites going from bondage to promise.



Think of what happened—in the transitioned they faced impossibilities like crossing the Red Sea, feeding and watering 1.5 million people, fighting organized armies, going to a place many had never seen.



Our transitions can seem just as impossible.



Relate?



What are you facing today? What do you need to get to the other side? What is terrifying you?



God is there. This month He reminds you that He is there and is wanting to carry your burdens. He is wanting to be there as your good, good Father Who reigns over all—all sickness, all life, all provisional needs, all of your destiny, all direction, all battles—all that concerns you! He is with you every step of the way! He is supplying you with everything you need...and let’s stretch you...with what you DESIRE!



Today, you may feel the shaking, the stretching, the pressing.



Today, you may not see clearly.



Today, you may feel panicked, afraid, pressed, and even confused.



Tomorrow you will be on the other side!



Today, you are only moving from strength to strength and glory to glory!

Welcome to this week’s new show! I am Cindy Rushton and I want to welcome you to my podcast. This week’s show is a really raw topic - it asks the questions of whether we are resilient or stuck. Talk about a personal topic! Relate? I suspect that you will find this one to be a timely word for you as well.



We all face change, life transitions, crisis situations difficulties, setbacks, grief, loss, sickness from time to time. The question is not IF we will face it, but what do we do when we face it?



Do we:

• Get stuck?

• Get paralyzed?

• Get stressed out?

• Panic?

• Get overwhelmed?

• Give up?

• Quit?



Or do we:

• Bounce back?

• Take leaps?

• Spring back?

• Come back?

• Push out into the unknown?



We all have our own lids, our own limits, areas where we pull back a bit,



Resilience is the ability to recover quickly—from change, illness, loss. Resilience is a buoyancy. It is that ability to be stretch, bent, compressed and yet snap back into position. It is that act of leaping, springing back, rebounding. It is that quality that enables you to recover quickly or just snap. It is



When we are talking about you as being resilient, we are talking about that quality that you possess that enables you to bounce back and get back into position when you are pressed, pushed, stretched. Resilience is what determines if you will bounce back or be flexible when you encounter obstacles, difficulties, loss, grief, and crisis.

Plans…God says in Jeremiah 29:



For I know the thoughts and plans that I have for you, says the Lord, thoughts and plans for welfare and peace and not for evil, to give you hope in your final outcome. Then you will call upon Me, and you will come and pray to Me, and I will hear and heed you. Then you will seek Me, inquire for, and require Me [as a vital necessity] and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart.



The Message says it like this:



I know what I’m doing. I have it all planned out—plans to take care of you, not abandon you, plans to give you the future you hope for. When you call on me, when you come and pray to me, I’ll listen. When you come looking for me, you’ll find me. Yes, when you get serious about finding me and want it more than anything else, I’ll make sure you won’t be disappointed.  


Ever felt that somehow along the journey that you have missed it and you are off plan? 



Ever felt that you have messed up and somehow God has changed His mind about using you? 


Do things look vastly different than how you imagined that they would be?



Ohhhh! I get it! 


Can I tell you today that God has not changed His mind about His good plans for you and your life?  No. He hasn’t. You haven’t changed His mind. You never will. You haven’t messed up so bad that He has had to rethink your plan in His kingdom. You haven’t missed an important turn in the path because you don’t see the vision clearly. He hasn’t skipped you for someone more qualified, dependable, younger, more talented. He hasn’t gotten tired of waiting for you.  Nope. He is beautifully working in and through you to bring about His awesome Plan A for your life! 



Had crazy things go on that you are certain disqualify you? 



Romans 8:28-30 reminds us:



So we are convinced that every detail of our lives is continually woven together for good, for we are his lovers who have been called to fulfill his designed purpose. For he knew all about us before we were born and he destined us from the beginning to share the likeness of his Son. This means the Son is the oldest among a vast family of brothers and sisters who will become just like him. Having determined our destiny ahead of time, he called us to himself and transferred his perfect righteousness to everyone he called. And those who possess his perfect righteousness he co-glorified with his Son!

Not quite sure you measure up? You are sooo not alone!    



Remember Moses? Jacob? Jonah? Jeremiah? Moses? Joshua? Paul? Esther?



YOU are here for such a time as this. Even if it were to demand your entire life, my friend you are called to set captives free, stand in the gap for those who need for you to use your position for their  protection, and faithfully stand for God and His people!  It’s your Plan A! 



So, today...



I challenge you to rise up!

I challenge you to embrace your calling and life purpose!

I challenge you to dare to prepare! 

I challenge you to step Into the hard things—they won’t be hard with God there all along the way!

I challenge you to say Yes to His plan A for you!

Episode 25 - Getting Clarity



Wonder where I am going with this?



Ok! In this episode I am going to be very vulnerable.



The past few weeks have been sooOOooooo challenging. First, I have had a million things going on with a million decisions—no exaggeration there with that number! Plus, I rarely get sick. Even more rarely do I get sick with something strange where I have no idea what is going on. Well, this time I ended up in the hospital for two days with a myriad of tests. My mind was racing. It was a roller coaster ride, only I don’t ever want to get back in that line for that ride again! :)



So, what does that have to do with this podcast?



While I was laying there for hours waiting on tests and having tests and even having a hard time going back to sleep when they woke me up, God began to speak to me about somethings that I have been asking Him to clarify never stopping to hear Him out completely. Some of the things were decisions on a personal level. Others were about my biz/ministry calendar. Others were about projects that were almost ready to go but I was feeling a “pause” by God.



Because of all of these things swirling in my head, I began to feel that foggy confusion rushing in. Didn’t help that I was sick too, huh? ;)



So, fast-forward into day 2 with all of the tests that they were doing. I was laying there pouring my heart out to the Lord asking Him to move and to give me clarity. Guess what He did? He took me back.

God says to us in Psalms 31: 4-5, “Find your delight and true pleasure in Yahweh, and He will give you what you desire the most. Give God the right to direct your life, and as you trust Him along the way, you’ll find He pulled it off perfectly!”



Yes! This is God's Words to you. 



So, my beloved, what do you desire the most?



What would you like for your life to look like? What would you like for your day to look like? What do you desire?



Today is the day that we need to get really clear about what we desire.



God has placed desires in your heart for a reason. They are His idea. Even the Word desire means, de means “of”, and sire means “the Father.”



Take this back to Psalms 31: 4-5: “Find your delight and true pleasure in Yahweh, and He will give you what you desire the most. Give God the right to direct your life, and as you trust Him along the way, you’ll find He pulled it off perfectly!”



Can you see that God wants to give you what you desire the most? YES! Think about that for a moment. So many of us struggle with desires. Our culture, even the church, misses this one. In fact, the culture has tried to hi-jack this word. Well, let’s dig in and dare to dream and bring all of your deepest desires to God…
