    054 - Bring Her Back (2025)

    Brace yourselves, folks...this might be a rough one...but, as always, we'll try to make it as fun as possible anyway! We sat down to talk about the VERY heavy, VERY gross follow up to Danny and Michael Philippou's VERY heavy and VERY gross "Talk to Me"...BRING HER BACK (2025)! Looks like the RackaRacka squad is back up to their old tricks (along with some new ones) with an EXCELLENT Sophomore effort, telling a very "the blind leading the blind" story. Too soon? Had enough of body swaps, cult rituals and gore? Well, TOO BAD, because here's some more! Trust me, those aren't spoilers...it'll take a minute to wrap your brain around what's happening in this one...we're still not sure WE'VE totally figured it out... But, that doesn't change the fact that we LOVED this film! We're very impressed and looking forward to whatever is on the horizon Down Undah!     053 - Hellraiser III: Hell on Earth (1992)

    Happy Halloween, Cine-biters! As mentioned on the previous release...we have a tradition 'round these here parts. On Halloween...we talk Hellraiser! Today marks the beginning of season 3, so naturally we're onto the third installment of this wild ride of a franchise! And this one brought along all manner of new hurdles to clear... Besides Pinhead, our entire crew of Cenobites is replaced with their understudies, plus a couple thrown in for good measure. Is that good news? Probably not, but it's what we're dealing with! We've got a final girl rivalry happening here, but let's be honest...neither of them hold a candle to Kirsty (who does make an appearance!). AND we get a bit of a payoff re: Elliot Spencer vs. Pinhead in a mirror match! FIGHT! Catch all the dirty details on all this and more inside! - (plus the standard Cinebytes goofin', of course). Possibly its second installment, releasing October 17th, but we'll find out in a few days! We had a blast diving into this beautiful nightmare of a horror movie that's caught somewhere between True Crime and Fever Dream. What inspiration did Derrickson draw on based on his own childhood, real life serial killers, and the Joe Hill short story this was adapted from? How many iterations does the iconic Grabber mask designed by the legendary Tom Savini have, and what do they mean when the sadistic child killer repeatedly gives himself a face lift?
