    011: ENERGIZER'S vs. DEPLETER'S - How To Manage Your Energy as an Entrepreneur & Avoid Burnout

    In today's episode, I talk all about how to effectively manage your energy as an entrepreneur. Burnout is a normal part of business. Many of us have experienced the feeling of being on top of the world one week, totally aligned and our soul on fire... only to find ourselves feeling unmotivated, discouraged, and mental exhausted a few weeks later. Why does this happen? Well from my experience, it's typically because we lack awareness around the things in our lives that our both zapping our energy, and giving us life.  It's a delicate balancing act.. One I'm still trying to figure out myself. But I've identified a few key things in my life that have been extremely effective in helping me feel grounded, and helping me to recharge whenever I hit that mental wall.
