    Spirituality Starts Within

    Dans cet épisode de DARE 2 BARE, Daph raconte de façon keep it simple, stupid sa perspective de ce qu'est la spiritualité pour elle, en s'ouvrant d'abord sur son upbringing familial; comment le décès de sa mère l'a premièrement fermée vis à vis ce sujet avant de s'y réouvrir lorsqu'il fût le temps de process son deuil pour poursuivre sa vie plus aisément.  Daph exprime comment la séparation est une des, si ce n'est pas LA, plus grande illusion qui soit dans notre société et pourquoi elle croît qu'une société matriarcale est beaucoup plus naturelle pour l'humain que le patriarcat.   Une courte conversation sur des sujets encore à ce jour perçus comme étant taboos au Québec, qu'elle souhaite normaliser pour le bien-être de tous, tout simplement.   Ouvrez votre curiosité, voyez avec votre 3 oeil, ressentez avant de comprendre.   Enjoy x

Je tiens compte de la dualité dans ma vie depuis longtemps: moitié Québécoise, moitié Tunisienne amitiés francophones vs amitiés anglophones sport, spiritualité & wellness vs eternal party dancing diva star et durant trop longtemps, ne me sentant jamais entière. Comme si le monde externe me poussait à devoir choisir entre deux pôles identitaires (raincheck *that* conversation) pour apaiser *leur* dissonance, ne comprenant pas cette dualité qui m'habite et qui me défini génétiquement.   Well fuuuuck that.  Sorry, I can't choose: I'm both.   Je choisis moi, une femme avec une multitude de dimensions et de facettes, sachant que je peux toujours outgrow mes anciennes croyances et identités. But not my ancestral roots. You better believe que je choisis de savourer être un walking paradox, even if it makes others uncomfortable.
