(a typical episode on this podcast goes a little something like this...)

You see, because at the end of the day, when you give a podcast a rating, you need to think about how many stars you are going to give that podcast. You could give one star or three or five stars. However many you decide, that’s the number of stars you need to select for the rating.

Now, when I do it, if I don’t like what I hear, I’ll go ahead and put in a review and when it comes time to select how many stars, I make sure that I put fewer stars than if I really enjoyed that podcast.

On the other hand, if the folks who put the podcast together really left me feeling really really good, well in those cases, you need to add a review on that one and in that situation when you are divining the total star cluster size, you really need to put more of them than you otherwise would.

(...except, nominally, the nouns are coffee related.)
