That question led me into a much deeper conversation about writing, therapy, creativity, leadership, and the ways we quietly edit ourselves while trying to protect everyone else. Somewhere along the way, I realized I wasn't hiding my voice—I was editing it. In this episode, I reflect on what writing has taught me about healing, why creativity is more than making something beautiful, and how telling the truth about our own experiences can become an invitation for someone else to do the same.
