This person has a rant that is divisive towards a workforce that has already seen so much division due to management hostility And for working conditions, and this person has the gall to add to it by calling all new hires, trash and entitled when we should be helping them be better carriers through being better role models ourselves. It is the new hires that will keep the service going, and therefore our pensions and retirement. We depend on new people to be hired and stay higher and yet this person talk trash about most of them not all it's unfortunate But everyone nowadays thinks their voice is just as important when it is not.
