A Refreshing Take on Funny Books

Great podcast. It's so nice to see two people who seriously consider the merits of popular comics beyond how RAD or "important" (e.i. Civil War) they are. While I don't always agree with their reckonings, I always come away having gained a new perspective on the book in question, no matter how much I consider myself well versed on any partiular book in the first place. It's just a shame they don't put out epsoides more often (I know they would if they could and we get this for free so why am I complaining?). Whether a new fangirl or boy, an old hat, or somewhere inbetween, it's a fantastic show.

Postscript,

Any chance we'll see an All-Star Superman episode in the future?

Informative, low-key comics podcast

Nice, laid back podcast with two knowledgeable hosts that aren't playing up their own personalities to be "showy" or trying to sound like radio DJ's. Despite the shows concept of "passing judgement" on famous comic stories, the hosts don't seem to take themselves too seriously, and the overall vibe is somewhat tongue-in-cheek. They sometimes get lost in the weeds, and I feel like the podcasts could occasionally use some slight editing for time, but those are minor issues. Great podcast, highly recommend. Keep up the great work! :-)
