This is great!

I want to address the pressure precipice afterthoughts episode. Yes this can be an intervention, BUT I almost lost my job using it because I have dysfunction with estimation of time. I did not have enough time to complete what I needed to complete using the pressure precipice too late!!

A creative and informative show!

With a unique story to present realistic situations, and a follow up episode to break down the what and why, making this a great podcast to learn about the different ways adhd can manifest.

Love Focused Forward, love this podcast

I loved James Ochoa’s book Focused Forward, so I was thrilled to see that he was doing a podcast with his son! For years I was diagnosed with anxiety and depression, and Dr. Ochoa’s book and this podcast, as well as my own therapy sessions I have attended the past few years, made me realize that much of my anxiety and depression in my life came from dealing with the “storms” of adult ADHD.

I think that this podcast is a very clever way to help people understand ADHD, and to help those who suffer from Adult ADHD to feel less alone. I really enjoyed the characters in this podcast; they really came alive for me. There was something I could relate to in nearly all of them. Also, the question and answer format between father and son was very effective. I’m very sorry that this podcast is over, and I hope there will be some type of follow up. Wish Dr. Ochoa could be MY therapist! :)

P.S. to Jules, Sorry I have not followed up on my message to you (haha, no follow-up, big surprise with ADHD), and I will write to you as soon as I can. Wanted to share with you guys an eccentric thing that I do to help me work. Of course I’m late on this, I am referring back to Episode 3.
