The Confessional is going to become your safe place this is where we come to be judgement free and share all the crazy things life has to offer. I have been through a lot of things, and I want to share the things I have learned along the way as well as lessons I am continuing to learn on the day-to-day. As black women we will connect through life experiences and our own stories! Community is how we continue to thrive and flourish in the world. Instead of being shameful let's bring it to the light and become stronger and confident so that life's trials and tribulations will cascade off our backs as we continue to elevate ourselves and one another. Over here we talk about career shifts, relationships plummets, friendship endings and beginnings, and God we also give advice and the older sister/auntie that some of us did not have growing up.     Confessions of an RBT:

    On todays, episode Janay dives into what it is like working as a registered behavior technician. She shares some things that she believes would put other people outside of the field in a coma. This is a very niche job that a lot of people cannot handle so I hope that you are able to take something away even if it is just a laugh! Imagine if you had to track 100+ times you were hit within 3 hours you would be baffled and drained too. Working with the special need's population, especially children, can be challenging but every day is different and exciting! From aggressive behaviors to basic hygiene, to navigating the public. Some things that we pick up on naturally can be difficult for all children such as sarcasm or being able to decide who is an employee based of visual cues.
