The Mantra that is Serving Me this Back-to-School Season

The Mantra that is Serving Me this Back-to-School Season

The start of a new season is often an opportunity to reset, shake old patterns, and invest in some new things. But being prone to an all-or-nothing approach, I knew I wanted this transition to look a bit different this year. So, in an effort to not do a complete 180 from summer to fall, I adopted a mantra. It’s been serving me so well in all ALL areas of my life – from kids, to home, to my community connections – and I’m excited to share it with you in today’s episode!

Habit Hacking for Moms with Emily Nichols

Habits. We’re constantly trying to ditch bad ones and stick to healthy ones. But it’s easier said than done. In this episode, I’m joined by habit and behavior change strategist, Emily Nichols to dig into how to create (and more importantly maintain) healthy habits. Coach Caroline ,

A true gift

I absolutely love this podcast and Emily. A lot of times, the advise you get on making new friends is very high level and not actionable. Often, it actually makes you feel worse since it makes it sound so easy, and you feel like you are failing. But Emily actually lays out what to do and what to say and I am so grateful I stumbled across her and her podcast.

Such incredible value!

I just listened to the episode where Emily is interviewing Brittany Bergman. I’m going to listen to the episode again because it was that valuable. It was such an authentic and connecting conversation where these two women shared vulnerably, openly, and in a way that gives anyone who listens a whole new set of tools to use so that we can honor ourselves as human beings and also be the most loving moms we can be too. I’m truly grateful to have found this conversation and your podcast, Emily.

Feels like chatting with a good friend

Emily feels so relatable and honest, giving you the kind of wisdom and perspective that you’d get from hashing things out with a trusted friend. A must listen for moms!
