    Courts and States generating chaos

    Courts and States generating chaos

The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – Things are pretty interesting in America right now. Courts are whipping Texas law SB4 back and forth like a tennis match. States and cities appear to have lost all sense of truth and justice. And while the American people prepare for another election, chaos still reigns over some previous ones. It seems like we’re living in some interesting times.

Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson misses the point of the Bill of Rights

Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson misses the point of the Bill of Rights

The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – The most important comment I’ve heard so far is when Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson was worried that the First Amendment would be used to hamstring the government. It seems she missed the point of the Bill of Rights. Does the Constitution mean what it says, or can it be ignored in certain situations? The Biden Administration Censorship case, Murthy v. Missouri...

SCOTUS on social media blocking by public officials

The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – We’ve all had that jerk on social media. The one we have to block because of their language, or just because they’re being a jerk. But what if you’re a public official? Can you block one of your constituents from your social media page? In a couple of recent SCOTUS cases, people sued public officials for blocking them from their social media pages. Today, we’ll take a look at how SCOTUS decided this case...

Never let a pandemic go to waste

Never let a pandemic go to waste

The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – I often wonder if the logic used today is sheer arrogance or just an excuse to say, 'It's not my fault!' Governments, using the pandemic as a pretext, infringe on our rights, citing 'once-in-a-lifetime' justifications. From election interference by tech giants to questionable financial decisions, it's clear that crises are opportunities for power grabs. It's not just a pandemic issue; it's about political...

When the outrageous becomes the norm

When the outrageous becomes the norm

The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – Discovering truths behind seemingly outrageous claims is my latest journey. From Schumer's outcry on Russian interference to Canada's controversial bill, the quest for deeper understanding never ends. Delving into the environmental impact of electric vehicles versus gas-powered ones reveals unexpected truths. Each revelation prompts a "Are you kidding me?" moment, pushing me...

Some truths behind the Robert Hur theatre

Some truths behind the Robert Hur theatre

The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – Exploring the theatricality of Congressional committee hearings, I delve into the recent House Judiciary Committee's scrutiny of Special Counsel Robert Hur's report on the Biden document scandal. Beyond media narratives, political grandstanding on both sides is evident. Additionally, I tackle the complex debate surrounding the potential TikTok ban in the US, cutting through the rhetoric...

Very thought provoking

I found Paul by accident and have been listening now for several months. I find his content very thought provoking and informative for the times we live in. Listen and find out how the Constitution should be followed and how our federal/state governments are out of control and We The People have become merely subjects under their thumb due to our own fault. Wake up America

Worth the listen

I drive quite a bit and found Paul’s podcast, and his conversational tone and his ease in which he explains things made him easy to listen to and to expand my knowledge. I teach state constitutions which are more diverse and longer then the US Constitution so to hear and learn from Paul has been a great experience

Our Constitution, logically, reasonably & correctly!

Thank you Paul. We certainly need more of you out there because our culture has been Frankfurt Schooled, Cloward-Piven’ed & Alinsky-ized, not to mention Gramsci’ed, Horkheimer’ed & Dewey’ed.
The culture & politic has been rotting for 70+ years, with the help of the willfully ignorant ppl in both arenas-it’s time to wake regular ppl up…thanks again, God bless you, God bless our extraordinary founding & the EXCEPTIONAL nation they, w/the help of their preceding history & natures God, erected, America!!!
