7 Tips for Overcoming Social Media Addiction.
1. Leave your phone outside of your bedroom while you sleep.
2. Leave your phone outside of your office.
3. Be a creator not a consumer & use social media consciously not subconsciously.
4. Hide apps from your home screen or delete apps from your phone.
5. Customize your feed.
6. Don't take your phone to the toilet, leave books in there instead.
7. Go out locally for dinner without your phone.
