    To Have Faith You Have To Give mMe Something To Believe In,(Session 94)

    On this session, Larry speaks on how he has come to accept that he isn't ready for kids to being "emotional" towards women which never ends well. Asking Fresh if he believes in a damn near perfect relationship then to express the type of love he desires through song. Him and Fresh discuss the value that music has played in their life to how someone mentioned he reinvents himself every year to some dark thoughts of not being here some times. Ending it with 3 thought provoking questions.

    We Not Even Registered Yet (Session 93)

    Two years ago, Larry and his two barbers friends and classmates Corey and Rey came together to talk about them being new barbers in the industry. Now after 2 years they have come back together to talk about being experienced barbers in the industry. Speaking on if they still want to own shops in 3-5 years. Their favorite tools to work with. Balancing work life with personal to paying ourselves and all the way to LLC's. They also talked about the progress they've seen in the past two years within their barbering skills. Picky clients, denying clients, plans outside of the city we work in to what's to come this upcoming year.

    Just Because Its Spiritual Warfare Doesn't Mean Its Not Mental Illness (Session 92)

    On this session, a little longer than usual but an absolute great listen we have Fresh, Larry and his childhood best friend, Nigel. Larry takes some time to speak on something he's been dealing with over the last 5-6 years and heavy the past year, which is the loss of a one of his best friends that's actually still here, Due to the lack of taking care of mental health it completely destroys the 29 year friendship. Take a listen of the b******t Larry has dealt with all while doing everything he can to save this friendship. The second part of the podcast Larry speaks on some random thoughts. Losing 20 lbs and getting back to where he once was. After being single for about 8 year Larry even divulges he has a new lady in his life that is looking very promising. The boys spoke on their significant others as well and what they are doing differently in their relationships that they hadn't before. The talked about creating and what they have going on this upcoming year. This is the true definition of a couch session. Enjoy.

    Start Fresh. Pray. Set Goals. Execute. (Session 91)

    This is the last session of the year and it wouldn't be right to not drop. On this short session Larrys in Charlotte with family as the new year approaches. He speaks on what the year taught him to plan and preparation of goals he set for himself. He spoke a little on his favorite podcast he recorded and why it was his favorite to what to expect from him this upcoming year to the things he's working on internally and plan to improve. Ending it with some encouraging words. Thanks to all the couch potatoes who stuck It through with him throughout the year. Let's take it a step higher now!

    On this session we have Larrys elementary enemy to roommate to fraternity brother for life, JJ. From a BS school system to college kids at a middle school reading level to ultimate parenting fails. JJ hit on the struggles of being a black eduactor with a passion for teaching.

    On this session, Larry, Fresh and Iya talk about the LIVE podcast 5 days prior. The things they liked, what they plan to do different, and just the overall show. They do have one intriguing topic that they end with that came up randomly. No notes, no preparation, just off the heezy. A true couch session.
