Helpful

I have now listened to a few of their episodes and they have really helped me before I start spiraling out. I was recently diagnosed with CPTSD and I was relieved because I felt less like a crazy and knew I wasn’t alone and am able to grow and heal. I have made a lot of progress with my therapist and these are really helpful in between my weekly sessions.

So helpful

I just listened to the coping skills episode. I could relate to every single thing in this episode. I really need to get back into therapy but in the meantime this podcast is lifesaving!
