    Slower Offline Days: Motherhood + Art

    After stepping away from social media, I found myself more present in real life: with my toddler, with art, and with the quiet rhythms of everyday life. We’re told the important things are happening online: the updates, the endless scroll. But what I'm rediscovering is that life is happening here, in the physical world: painting in the garden, walking by the ocean, reading stories with my daughter, and even the small windows of creative work while she sleeps. This episode is a glimpse into those offline days.     Creating Calm: 7 Thoughts on Making Art as a New Mother

In this Postpartum Season, I'm excited to share new episodes with you in a flowy schedule, based on the flow of energy, intuition, my quad right energetics in Human Design, and my capacity as a new mother. In this episode I share 7 lessons I’m currently learning as an artist, on how to find time to make art as a new mother. While challenging, balancing motherhood and art during this postpartum phase is also nourishing and healing. Creativity is in harmony with loving and taking care of a child, in how we learn to just go with the flow, be organised and make the most of each moment. In the video version of this episode, I share some quiet moments in the studio, connecting with the Earth Mother while foraging for earth pigments, and making paint by hand. I also share the finished calming paintings, and the inspiration behind them.     An Important Studio Update + Matrescence: from Maiden to Mother

    Maternity Leave, End of Season 2 and a preview of Season 3 and 2024 – I'm excited to share this important art studio update, as I go on Maternity Leave, as well as thank my incredible guests for Season 2 of the Podcast. I also share what you can expect in the Dreams of Source Art Studio for 2024, the best places to stay connected next year, and a preview of what to expect for Season 3 of the Podcast.   Next year, as I navigate this postpartum season of being a new mother, I will be navigating what it means to be a working artist, a business owner (both as a creative director for companies, and as a painter & intuitive) and as a new mother.   I will definitely be back for Season 3 of the podcast, but embracing the fluidity of my energetics, this time there won't be a definite date. Next year, I'm embracing fluidity & responding to my gut moment to moment, as I embrace my Quad Right Manifesting Generator energetics and motherhood. It's an exciting time! However, I will definitely be back for Season 3 of the Podcast.     Healing & Well-being for People and Planet w/ Brian Berneman
