Today I want to remind you of something incredibly important: you get to choose. You get to choose if and how you create. You get to choose if and how you publish. You get to choose if and how you share. I want to share two stories of people taking a bold creative risk, and … Continue reading "Take the Creative Risk (podcast)"

Feeling stuck? Define your values. (podcast)
Recently, I was speaking with a writer who described feeling stuck. They were in a rut, believing in the work they do, but just demotivated on a day-to-day basis. This conversation resonated with me for many reasons. If you are a writer or creator who sometimes wonders if you are in burnout, if you are … Continue reading "Feeling stuck? Define your values. Having coffee with a person oriented marketer
That’s how it feels listening to Dan’s podcast, like he’s sitting across the table from you sharing 15 or 20 years of experience. A debunks, conventional wisdom, and talks like a normal person about normal connections and normal relationships and normal marketing. Yes, I’m an old fart, but I love his approach and it’s some thing I can do.
Always a new insight
I love this podcast. Dan’s conversations with artists of all stripes consistently provide numerous takeaways and always go deep. I look forward to listening every week!
Inspiring and Practical
These conversations are an extraordinary resource for authors. The case studies are especially useful, providing real world application of marketing principles. An education on authorship in a rapidly changing publishing landscape!
