Six months ago, we found out that my wife Lauren was pregnant. That was the moment that started this adventure of joy, anticipation, gratitude, yet of fear, insecurity and the most sobering sense of responsibility. I knew I needed help, so I started meeting with guys in my life. In this podcast, I dive into conversations with men from all walks of life, sharing stories, insights, and advice on how to navigate the transition into becoming a dad. From the initial shock of finding out you're going to be a father to the challenges of balancing marriage, work, sex, money and the anticipation of a new life, we cover it all.
