While living in Copenhagen, he co-founded the first NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Institute in Europe to train professionals in sophisticated communication skills and helped develop NLP institutes in six European countries. During this time, he also worked with CEOs in the Academy of Chief Executives (UK) as a strategic thinking partner in executive development.
