I don’t get how I didn’t find this podcast earlier. Love listening to it → interesting topics, good explanations to the right questions, perfect pace, pleasant voice. Thanks for sharing this awesome content!

I starting listening to The Daily Practice a couple years ago after I saw Nelson posting about his podcast on social media. I was very intrigued with the title so I wanted to listen to see what his podcast was all about. For someone who loves movement, fitness, health and wellness among other things. This podcast will provide you with a better insight on how to create a more meaningful and purpose driven practice for yourself. Each episode brings its own uniqueness with genuine conversations, perspectives and personalities to inspire and motivate you to better yourself. I highly recommend this podcast to anyone looking to enhance their daily practice.

I met Nelson about four years ago at a climbing gym in Brooklyn and was immediately captivated by his philosophy on health and wellness. He sparked my interest in learning more about movement and I have continued to grow my own practice with this podcast by my side. He has such a wide breadth of guests on the show it is easy to find someone to relate to (if not every one of them). If you are even remotely intersted or already involved in health and wellness, in particular practicing more movement,start form the beginning and give this a listen... don't forget to put what you learn to practice! I’ve been following Nelson for years. I admire his ability to surround himself with real people. I strive to do the same every day. The Daily Practice podcast exposes raw and real people that I would not otherwise cross paths with or have the opportunity to converse with. Reality is grounding and reality can be warped in many social media platforms. Not this podcast. Give it a listen!
