This week Dave and I talk about Apple's most revolutionary products and how each one transformed the company. As you might expect, we do have some disagreements on which products go on that list. We also talk about iMessage and how people view the blue vs. green bubbles in chat. App Store rip-offs round out the big topics this week.

Episode 229: Siri, Ted Lasso, iOS 15.2

Apple posted a holiday message from the cast of Ted Lasso this week, but Dave didn't want to ruin the surprise, so you'll have to watch it. We also talked about some of the new features in iOS 15.2, including the Apple Music voice plan. As part of that discussion, we looked at how Siri is doing with playing music you ask for. There are a number of other new features in iOS that we talked about as well.

A sound program :)

The show is always enjoyable. Jim is a kick, and has really interesting guests. If I had anything that I wish could be different, I think the audio level could be evened out a bit. (Jim can get to sounding really soft and distant, maybe 10dB or more down from the guest.) Other than that, keep up the good work!

Could be a lot better

Jim is really great and knowledgeable, but that Dave is unlistenable. He cannot stop talking. He appears to speak about 80% of the time. I know it is not his fault, but his voice is like nails on a chalkboard. I think a speech coach may help. Dave does have some great insights, but needs to throttle back a bit and let Jim speak.

Too lazy to actually include links

Subject says it all lazy hard to understand at times and boring at times
