Fantastic health and wellness content

So much wisdom in every episode, ranging in topics from strength training to diet, lifestyle, meditation, mindset, etc. Each episode keeps getting better and very insightful guests. Great work guys and keep up the momentum!

Never heard of these people but I like ‘em

I found this podcast randomly. To my surprise they actually seem like they know what they’re taking about. I listened to the episode on lifestyle habits, I think it was episode 5 and it caught my attention. So I listened to a few of the guest episodes and they have a good variety of people and different topics, all relevant to today. I’ll keep listening. It’s really good.

I just listened to episode 13 and really appreciate that you addressed those of us on night shift or other types of off shift schedules and the challenges we face with eating. While I’m not sure I can fast, a lot of other worthwhile thoughts and topics were shared that I will definitely put into action. I love your workouts and now love the podcast.
