Angela Abide, Licensed Professional Counselor, discusses working to get established in Greensboro, GA, the meaning of psychotherapy, and what services she offers to the community and surrounding areas.

Angela discusses the reasons it is sometimes easier to choose belief over truth. People are afraid to let go of the certainty of their beliefs and admitting they are wrong is sometimes more than the ego can handle. She also explains the meaning of sin as missing the mark and how she uses the simplified concepts of mind, body and spirit to help people learn to observe their thoughts and emotions and become a good self managers. The episode closes with the first ever "Ask Angela" question and answer.
