The Derby Difference is the official podcast of Derby Academy in Hingham, Massachusetts. As the nation’s first co-educational school, Derby has been inspiring curiosity, character, and community since 1784. Hosted by Jeff Natale, each episode highlights the people, stories, and spirit that make our PreK–8 community unique. From the curiosity of our youngest learners to the leadership of our 8th graders—and even special courses like the History of Baseball—we explore what makes Derby a place where character is built, curiosity thrives, and lifelong connections are made.
