    Reflections on being understood

    Hellooo Divine Souls. I am back from being away and putting the podcast on the backburner. As quiet as I kept it hahahaha I just was doing tew much. Anyways I am back with a brand new episode, this one is about me just fighting to be understood by everyone except for myself. After some reflection I decided enough was enough and it was time to take that power back. I can't be expecting the world to understand me better than I understand myself.     Self exploration is not contingent on the validation or acceptance of others

    In this episode I share my own personal experience this year with exploring myself as a sensual being. Trigger warning this episode also touches upon the topic of sexual abuse, therefore listen at your own discretion. In this past year I have taken the time to further question what makes me as a sensual and sexual being. Raised in the church and due to past traumas I didn't always feel that I have the freedom to fully explore these sides of me. Was I handling out of conditioning or trauma?
