Need a better speaker.

This host swallows the ends of his words, he speaks fast bursts of words instead of steady rhythm and pace, which combined with his thick accent and rather poor timber in his voice makes it VERY difficult to understand him and not very comfortable to listen to. He doesn’t belong on the Mic. Perhaps better in support role.
