Unlocking the Power of AI in Hypnotherapy: A Synergy of Modern Healthcare, with special guest Dr. Denise Koh, MD
In this episode, we are reframing the terminology surrounding physician burnout, which can help shift the understanding and perspective on the issue.
"While the term' physician burnout' is commonly used, it's essential to understand that doctors are inherently sturdy, resilient, and dedicated to their profession. What we're witnessing is not an intrinsic failing of individual physicians but rather the result of sustained, often overwhelming pressures from the larger system or organization. Terms like 'System-Induced Exhaustion' more accurately describe the root of the issue, emphasizing the need for organizational change and support rather than placing the onus solely on the individual."
The most important is the focus on the patients and clients. - We discuss the concept of transforming patients or clients into "powerhouses."
First-hand experience of hypnotherapy by Dr. Koh:
The initial skepticism (if any). The decision to give it a shot. The immediate effects.Dr. Koh invites listeners to explore or learn more about hypnotherapy through personal sessions, practical steps to reassess, realign, and recalibrate one's work situation.

Great info for everyone from doctors to the public!
Always great content and an interesting listen! I get great value from this show!
Loved the podcast
Dr. Schafer is a very knowledgeable doctor and invites excellent well known doctors to speak on the show about different health and mental topics. I particularly enjoyed episode 2 with the amygdala. Will be applying some of the tips in my life from Dr. Jerry Patten- hope I spelled that right-
Un-jargoned and Practical
Dr. Liudmila’s podcast episodes are so valuable and her approach so relatable.
She touches upon and discuses complex medical matters in layman’s language. No medical, confusing jargon.
So refreshing and relatable !
