Alicia is recently off of anti-depressants and no longer using poor coping mechanisms to self soothe her anxiety or depression anymore. Anxiety is something Alicia struggles with and she has found Tarot and spirituality have given her a sense of grounding as well as helped her to go after her dreams. This divination tool has helped connect her to a world beyond the physical one. The support she receives now from opening up this connection is unmatched! The rain here in New England during the short summer season would usually be getting Alicia down.....Especially given all of the changes that have taken / are still taking place. Alicia gives her advice on how to stay grounded in today’s climate and what to do to switch off the auto pilot mode on your brain and to switch on your intuition. It truly has healing benefits! Alicia shares her success with this and she has since been able to come off of anti depressants after being on them since she was 18.

    You never truly realize how much things you have until you have to box them up and move. Change is never fun but sometimes how we welcome these changes into our lives makes all of the difference. Alicia talks about her move right before a double procedure the day before. She gives her tip on how she’s remained calm throughout this whole process despite previously having suffered from constant anxiety.

    Our skin is the largest organ of the entire body. It signals to us when something is not right. Alicia shares her story of severe cystic acne from the young age of 9. She even had to resort to 2 cycles of the intense drug Accutane aka Isotretenoin. Ever since she has started living an anti inflammatory lifestyle, her entire complexion has cleared up. She no longer has to be on spironolactone to control her severe cystic acne. All it took was this lifestyle and eliminating a couple foods from her diet that she unknowingly was consuming. Also, one way we can limit our consumption is by looking at Mother Earth from a child’s lense.
