Networking with the Coolest Guy in Title Insurance: Mike Ham
Mike Ham is THE coolest guy in title insurance. Throughout his career Mike has been a constant networker, forming the "Next Generation of New Jersey" networking group to give young professionals of all industries an opportunity to connect, network, collaborate, and grow together. Mike started "The Morning Spotlight" in 2020 as a daily LinkedIn video series where he would interview networking partners, clients, and friends in an effort to give everyone an opportunity to speak to his network. After 3 months of the video series, The Morning Spotlight transitioned into the more traditional podcast format it is today which primarily focuses on real estate, but has discussed business, mental health, health and fitness, and more! He has interviewed high profile members of the real estate industry, an Olympic athlete, professional sports coaches, and others that provide his listeners with great insights on business and life. He also has a secondary podcast titled "Greetings from the Garden State" where he highlights people who make up the fabric of NJ businesses and communities.

Back from Break! A Mini Life & Pod Update
It's been a little bit since you've last heard a new episode from the Drinks After Work Podcast! Stay tuned for many more episodes to come!
Influencer Marketing with Lina Forrestal
Today my guest is Lina Forrestal, and we talk all about Influencer marketing. Lina works for Cisco Webex as an influencer marketing manager and works directly with influencers promoting the Webex brand, but also Lina herself is an influencer, starting in the travel space and then transitioning more to the mommy and lifestyle influencer realm. This conversation was fascinating to me because Lina was able to give the perspective of both sides of the field. She opens up about some of the issues that she sees as a creator when it comes to working with brands, and also shares some tips both for companies looking to work with influencers and for those looking to start in the creator and influencer industry. We also talk a lot about how rapidly the marketing and social media industry has been changing, about Lina's life abroad before living on a farm now, her podcast, the New Mamas Podast, and how amazing of a resource it has been for me as a new mom, and finally, as always, we wrap up with a quick little game and some fun questions. I hope you enjoy this episode, and if you do - please don't forget to rate and review on Apple Podcasts.

Flight Attendant, Photographer, and Brand Strategist: Carly Chamerlik
Carly Chamerlik is a flight attendant, a photographer, and a brand strategist, and the stories she shares today about how she navigated through each of these careers and all of the lessons shes learned along the way are truly remarkable! We chat about her travels, the various countries that she's lived in, and what being a flight attendant is really like, and then how one of her trips sparked her curiosity about photography and branding and how she bootstrapped her way to where she is today.
We talk about finding the right mentors and coaches, and how that will help you grow your business, what personal branding is and how to get started with building a brand, how she runs an online course, and what some of her tips are for others looking to start these types of businesses. And then, as always, we finish off with a few fun rapid-fire questions.
If you like this episode, I'd love it if you could leave it a 5-star rating on Apple Podcasts! It really helps with getting stories like Carly's out there for others to listen to and learn from. Data Visualization and Storytelling with Bachelor Data Suzana Somers
You guys, this episode is combining two of my absolute favorite things - marketing and the bachelor! We're cheering with Bachelor Data Analyst Suzana Somers to talk about data visualization and storytelling with data. She tells us all about her data collection techniques and how she uses that data to drive interesting conversations and tell the story of the Bachelor contestants, analyzing screen time, instagram follower counts, and more. She gives us an unfiltered view into how she uses the data to aid in her antiracism work and helps others uncover some of the issues we're facing in today's society. She also talks about she's seeing first hand the impacts of rapid growth on Instagram. It's a fascinating conversation, and I hope you enjoy it!
