Hailing from the highlands of Scotland, Ella turned down the offer of a place in university, in favour of the move to Manchester to train as a member of team GB racing cross country mountain bike... Just as she was starting to feel that things were working out, Ella and after a knock at the door, Ella found out that she had been dropped from the development program. However, following advice from world champion Tracy Moseley, Ella decided to try out some Enduro racing and has never looked back!

    020 - Tom Stoltman - The World's Strongest Man

    This week on the Drop in Podcast, Duncan is joined by Tom Stoltman. Hailing from the Scottish Highlands, Tom Stoltman was recently crowned The World's Strongest man. Tom's story is nothing short of inspiring and he openly talks about some of the serious adversities he has faced in life. From dealing with Autism and extreme social anxieties that came with this, to his experience of losing his mum and how me managed to channel his grief into extra motivation that he admits he was previous lacking, culminating in him being crowned with the title; The World's Strongest man in June 2021, fulfilling a promise he made to his mum!
