These are wonderful meditations - entrancing sounds and voices, nurturing and calming.
LOVE these meditations
The sleep meditation in particular is very soothing to me, and it typically enables me to fall asleep. I love the speaker’s voice and the music. Hope more podcasts will be produced as they are truly the best yoga nidra recorded meditations I have done. (And I have done a lot of them since starting yoga nidra six years ago!)
