    Takashi Kawatani is a Cross-cultural Management Consultant, assisting trouble-shooting of cross-cultural issues at Japanese organizations, local businesses, and government bodies in 20 countries since 1986. He is active in ASEAN, the Association of Southeast Asian Nations, a political and economic union of ten nations including Japan. He is also President of the Diversity Management Institute of Japan, Japan’s first consulting company carrying the name “diversity”.     Nami got interested in English and foreign culture when she visited New Zealand when she  was 14 on a culture exchange program hosted by her hometown and a town in New Zealand. She found herself amazed at how beautiful and how wide the world is. In university, because she wanted to improve her English abroad in an English-speaking country, she decided to work as a teaching assistant supporting Japanese language classes at a public school (K-12) in the US.     Riku Miyazaki grew up in Kumamoto, Japan. When she was in high school, she studied abroad in Ontario, Canada for a year. Based on what she learned during her study-abroad experience, she started using social media to share her experiences. Now, her Instagram account  LEE'S ENGLISH, has thousands of followers with whom she shares her experiences and insights, as well as helpful hints, tips, and expressions.
