Ep. 40 - Why we still craft every workout at Elevate
Maybe you don't know that all gyms are not created equal...that all workouts are not well thought-out and planned meticulously.
Your workouts shouldn't be random, unpredictable, or created on the fly (most of the time). The key to sustainable results and avoiding plateaus is having a well-crafted workout program. Otherwise, you may just be throwing things at the wall and hoping for results that won't come.
