I have very much enjoyed listening to this podcast. I can tell that Brit and Chris are being very real. It doesn’t feel scripted. When Chris says “it’s the unlucky things that really give us the blessings,” well that really spoke to me because I’ve been facing a whole bunch of hardships or unlucky things. I have been very ill for the past four years and am currently dependent on my second permanent feeding tube. I know that if I had never gotten ill, I wouldn’t have started working on myself the way that I have and that there’s so many things that I might not have in my life. It reminded me that maybe there has been a silver lining in my battle for life. The episode that I’m referencing is #27. How to Uplevel your Personal Growth. I also really enjoyed Episode 18 about tapping into your psychic abilities bc I think it is just such a huge reminder to trust your intuition. Seriously, give this podcast a listen....you won’t be disappointed!
Cultivate Courage - wow so much packed into 17min!
I found Brittney a year or two ago and thought she had amazing insights to share. Life got busy, and a pandemic, and elections, drawing me away. Courageous step #1: Itrimmed down Facebook lately, getting rid of 1/3 of my feed. These are not toxic in day to day, face to face, but they (we) tend to get bold online - and this included some old and dear friends. Sometimes Facebook is the friend, but can be bold and ugly, so I started changing that. In doing so, I found you again, right on time, as always. So I am listening to a perfect podcast, letting me know to continue the courageous journey. Thanks!
