The Return with Glory

Glory Lichon

What if you don't need to become more, but return to who you already are? The Return with Glory is a space for women to come back to themselves. Through honest solo reflections and meaningful conversations, Glory explores the ways we lose connection with ourselves—the conditioning we carry, the patterns we repeat, the expectations we live by, and the identities we build around who we've learned we need to be. We'll talk about self-trust, intuition, nervous system regulation, identity, relationships, motherhood, leadership, ambition, growth, and the many seasons that shape us as women. But this isn't a podcast about fixing yourself or becoming a better version of you. It's about releasing what no longer belongs, reconnecting with your inner wisdom, and remembering the power that's already within you. Because you don't need to earn your power. Your Presence Is Power.

The Return Practice: Come Back to Yourself

The Return 5-Day Reset A short guided practice for coming back to yourself — releasing what you're carrying and reconnecting with your body and nervous system. What if you didn't need to become more, do more, or figure everything out? What if, for a few moments, you could simply come back to yourself? I'm beginning this new chapter of the podcast a little differently, not by telling you what The Return is, but by inviting you to experience it. This is a short guided practice for coming back into your body and your nervous system. This guided practice was originally created as part of Regulate to Rise, and as my own work continued to evolve, I realized that The Return was becoming something much bigger. It's an invitation to release what we've been carrying, reconnect with our bodies and inner wisdom, and remember the power that's already within us. So wherever you are as you listen, give yourself permission to pause. You don't need to get anywhere or accomplish anything here. Just return. Your Presence Is Power. REPLAY | You Don't Need More Time, You Need More Awareness

The Return 5-Day Reset You don't need more time. You need more awareness. In this replay episode, Glory  explores why your relationship with time is really a reflection of your nervous system, your capacity, and your honesty with yourself. As part of the inner work of leadership series, this conversation reframes time management entirely: the real leak isn't on your calendar, it's in the habits, thought loops, and emotional patterns running underneath it. As I continue preparing for the next chapter of this podcast, I'm revisiting a few conversations that still shape everything I teach today, and this one remains one of the clearest reframes I've ever shared on time and energy. If you've tried every planner, app, and color-coded calendar and still end the day feeling behind, this episode will help you understand why, and what actually creates freedom instead. In this episode, you'll discover: Why time management is really energy management in disguiseHow your nervous system spends energy on thinking about a task the same as doing itWhere most "time leaks" actually live: habits, thought loops, and emotional patterns, not your scheduleA simple one-day practice to track your energy instead of your tasksWhy self-honesty, not more structure, is what creates real time freedomHow to lead your time with intention instead of reacting to it with urgencyOne of the core reminders from this conversation: "Freedom isn't in your schedule. It's in your state of being." If you've been telling yourself you don't have time, when what you actually don't have is energy left for what matters, this episode is an invitation to get honest about where your energy is really going. REPLAY | Your Strategy Doesn't Matter If You're Not Doing the Inner Work

The Return 5-Day Reset Your strategy doesn't matter if you're not doing the inner work. In this replay episode, Glory Lichon explores why alignment, not another system or plan, is the real foundation of sustainable business growth. As I continue preparing for the next chapter of this podcast, I'm revisiting a few conversations that still shape everything I teach today. This episode is part of an inner work of leadership series, and it remains one of the clearest explanations of why strategy alone can't hold a business together. If you've been doing all the right things, the right offers, the right systems, the right content, and still feel like something is off, this episode is for you. Because it's not that you're doing it wrong. It's that you're disconnected from the inner foundation that makes it all work. Ready to go deeper? If this episode resonated, Regulate to Rise is a self-paced program built for exactly this: learning to lead from a regulated nervous system instead of pressure and performance.  Explore it here: Regulate to Rise In this episode, you'll discover: Why strategy creates motion, but only inner alignment creates momentumHow to recognize when you're building from survival instead of alignmentWhy self-awareness can't be outsourced or replaced by a better planThe difference between strategy answering "how" and inner work answering "who"Why your business can only grow at the pace your nervous system can holdA grounding practice to help you notice when you've drifted from alignment, and how to returnOne of the core reminders from this conversation: "Strategy can't fix misalignment, but alignment can fix any strategy." If you're feeling like you need another strategy, another offer, another system, this episode is an invitation to pause first and ask a different question: am I building from alignment, or from survival? REPLAY | Regulated Leadership: The Inner System That Shapes Your Success

The Return 5-Day Reset Regulated leadership starts from within, not from another strategy. This replay episode explores why nervous system regulation is the inner system that shapes your success as a leader. As I prepare for the next chapter of this podcast, I'm revisiting a few conversations that continue to shape the heart of my work. Although my message has evolved, this conversation remains one of the foundations of everything I teach today: sustainable leadership begins within. If you're navigating growth, leading a team, building a business, or simply carrying a lot in this season of life, I hope this episode reminds you that your greatest leadership asset isn't another strategy. It's your capacity to lead yourself. In this episode, you'll discover: Why nervous system regulation is the foundation beneath every leadership decisionHow dysregulation shows up as overworking, overthinking, perfectionism, or avoidanceThe connection between nervous system regulation, emotional intelligence, and sustainable leadershipPractical ways to build presence, clarity, and capacity as a leaderWhy rest is part of leadership, not separate from itHow regulated leaders create psychological safety for their teams and the people they serveOne of my favorite reminders from this conversation: "The system within you will always determine the systems you build around you." If you've been feeling reactive, overwhelmed, or like success has started to feel heavier than it should, this episode is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and remember that lasting growth begins from within. Thank you for being here. I can't wait to share what's coming next. Connect with Glory  Website: Elevate Beyond Boundaries  Instagram: glory.lichon  LinkedIn: Glory Lichon

In this episode, Glory Lichon leads a short, guided somatic practice designed to help you release the identities, roles, and pressure you've been carrying long after they've stopped serving you.
