Setting boundaries for ourselves is KEY in living an aligned life
How to set boundaries and inflicting the least amount of harm to those around you
When we begin to set boundaries for ourselves, we are challenged to uphold them. Upholding boundaries is challenging because it requires severance from everything we thought we knew about ourselves and our lives. It also requires letting go of toxic people or self-identifying beliefs that are holding us back on our path to higher consciousness and spiritual growth.
Many people in our lives may not be on their own journey of self-development, so it's important that we practice love and compassion towards them as we begin to set and uphold our own personal boundaries so that we can experience our highest potential. We are the light and we can share it in a way that is clear and kind.

When we live an aligned life, things fall into place, We feel energized and alive in our bodies, our relationships thrive, and we succeed professionally. We FEEL good and attract more feel good things into our daily lives, we experience clarity about want for our present and future and thus, we are able to awaken to our limitless potential.
To begin living an aligned life we must do three things:
Know ourselves- generate
Living an aligned life is the outcome of knowing yourself, trusting your intuition, and living from a place of authentic expression that is rooted in self-love and self-care. It is your life expressed from a place of deep inner knowing, self-trust, and honoring yourself.
We choose this path. If you are in fact, knowing yourself and trusting yourself, yet you choose not to go in that direction that feels good, you make the decision to misalign with your heart and take your life off course from authentic expression.
