I had no clue about your podcast. I give you so much credit for Ep 1. If I knew how to figure podcasts out, I’d be doing something similar.
I can relate to you, I bottled it up, I made it all worse for myself because of the stigma surrounding mental health. The guilt, the increased mental and emotional strain. I veered slightly different in some ways but you absolutely hit this on the head and because of my mistakes, I wear my mental health on my sleeve today and tell my story freely in hopes it gives someone the strength to come forward.
That episode took a lot of stones. For what it’s worth, I am proud of you, Capt. Congratulations on the official ‘blessing’ as a Paramedic.
