    Fight Negative Energy With Main Character Energy

    What if life was just a movie and you were the main character? It would mean that YOU choose the plot, you're the good guy. The bad guy's energy SEEMS more powerful at first, but that's only until you fully remember your power.   Life might not feel like a fairy tale all the time, but the truth is you are the only one with power over your energy. Fending off negativity can be difficult and even draining, especially if it's an everyday thing. But you are stronger than you give yourself credit for--being positive and maintaining your peace is definitively HARDER than being negative.   You can shift your perspective, no matter where you're at on this journey.     Now Let's LET GO of That Hidden Tension

    First, let me remind you that I don't mean for you to create tension or invent stories for yourself where there are none. This is your gentle reminder to simply allow yourself to notice if there truly is any hidden tension in your body, your emotions, your spirit, etc. (which is all connected anyway...)   This is intended to remind you that once you learn to get quiet enough and truly listen, you can get yourself to a point where it feels safe instead of scary to release what you've been holding onto out of a subconscious fear of change.   And of course if you'd like help beginning that journey or moving past a block, use the link below in these notes to book a Reiki session.   Here's the Grounding Meditation (on any podcast app but this link goes to Apple Podcasts).     Are You Holding Tension Without Realizing It?

    You are not broken. You do not need to be "fixed." I am in no way encouraging you to look for and create problems that do not exist.   Today's episode is a question wrapped in a couple stories: could you be holding onto tension without realizing it? Physical pain that you've just gotten used to? Emotional pain that you've blocked off?     Time to Own Your Confidence and Personal Power

    I'm just gonna get right to it: you don't NEED the crystals, the Oracle or Tarot cards, the sage, the oils, etc.   I'm not saying you shouldn't use them if you enjoy using them and they feel helpful. I AM SAYING you should remember they are only TOOLS along the journey. I want to encourage you today not to give your power away to tools, to other people (who also might fall in the "tool" category ;) take that however it resonates lol), to anyone or anything outside of you.   Your power lies WITHIN. It's from your soul, it's a result of your infinite and inseparable connection to God (or whatever your name for the Divine is). Even if you feel separated, disconnected, lost, stuck, etc., you absolutely can change that.   You are way more powerful than you're giving yourself credit for.     Getting Out of the Waiting Period

    If you've felt like you're often so close to your manifestations, so close to creating the life you desire, but never quite fully reaching it (this is me raising my hand too!), you might resonate with this...   I came across an IG Reel that called me out--I've become addicted to waiting!   That might sound weird at first, but if you think about it, waiting and never quite receiving or embodying your next level can become your identity, a kind of frustrating comfort zone where you know what to expect--or what NOT to expect. Not quite getting all the way there means we don't have to deal with the hard part--change!   But we can move through this.     Reclaiming Control While Also Releasing Control...

    We're expanding more on this dual energy that's going on, where it feels like two opposite energies are wanting to be absorbed at the same time.   This one's tricky but so necessary: we need to remember and reclaim the control we have over ourselves, our energy and our actions, but at the same time, to TRULY manifest and create the life we desire, we need to RELEASE control.   We need to remember that we are always CO-CREATING with God. We are not in this alone. EVER. I maintain my position that we are always connected and can never be separated from God (and your name for the divine doesn't matter.     This Is Why You're the Black Sheep

    I never claim to have the only answer, so this is my current belief and understanding...but one way or another, there's gotta be a reason like you (and I too!!) have felt like a bit of an outsider, like you never truly fit in anywhere.   I'll tell you it's a positive reason for sure!
