    February Spirit Message - Guided Meditation

    Tried something new for this episode. It was short and sweet talking about leaving behind the victim mentality, shedding all the layers we no longer need through sisterhood, community and love, and heading into our fiery horse year.  I pulled the 5 of cups: Focusing on what has gone wrong or what has been lost, dwelling on the past and emotional, rather than material. Victim mentality.  3 of cups: It represents a time to come together with loved ones, fostering a sense of shared success and camaraderie. Sisterhood. and the knight of wands: As a card of fire, it embodies charisma, spontaneity, and rapid, sometimes unpredictable change. It signifies a fearless, confident, and  often indicating new ideas.  I said, "You cant make this shit up" too many times, but its true. I said words that dont exist like "fastly," and yet its all authentically me, and thats okay.  I hope these messages resonate with you, because they sure did for me.     2026 Recap & Spirit Messages

    Welcome to 2026! I started this episode with a recap of what has been going on in my world. I wanted to discuss the beginning of this podcast, the beginning of my journey, and why I ended up where I am today.  From spirituality to collegiate education, and building the bridge of both worlds.  Holistic healing has saved me, and led me back to myself. Its not the easiest path, but its the most rewarding. Sharing my journey has been a healing process for me, and I hope to inspire you all to find your own way.  I ended the episode with Spirit Messages and a tarot card pull.  Page of Pentacles:  Planting seeds for the future. This is your time to make new plans. The beginning of a new daily practice. This is a time to create willingness to take the first step. Sitting down and looking at what you want to accomplish this year.  Two of Wands: Ready to travel into the future. The momentum calling to understand where you sit. Leaving your comfort zone to adventure into the unknown. Calling back your power. Embrace your bravery to take the next step.  Three of Wands: Fire horse energy picks up and carries us towards our goals. Trust in divine timing. Letting go of the when, how, what, and embracing the DIVINE timing of how nature works. Trust that small synchronicities and signs are being shown to you daily, and look for them! High Priestess: All about your inner knowing. Your intuition and inner truth is your compass this year. This is when you navigate your life you do with through meditation, prayer, and your higher self. Understanding your frequency and how it feeds to world around you. Be mindful of your energy and connect to it daily.  I pulled the Intuition card from my oracle deck that I read and it was beautiful way to close out this reading.  I can't express the amount of gratitude I have not only for my podcast audience, but for the things I have accomplished thus far.     August Spirit Messages 2025

    How are we in August?! This year has definitely flown by but let look at our August Spirit Messages: 4 of Wands is an honoring of how far we have come. A beautiful alignment with home life, creativity, and moments of celebration. Recognize your growth. Celebrate the small wins.  5 of Pentacles brings in the duality. This is healing wounds around lack and scarcity. Even  in the midst of blessings we can find old patterns arise within us. Don't isolate. Ask for guidance. Don't sit in the lack. This is a struggle card, the shift, the hard stuff that makes  you grow. Self-worth is the key. Those trigger moments will test you. The human experience is meant to test us for growth. Calm your nervous system. Self investigate. What is the lesson here? The King of Swords is stepping into this wisdom and discernment. Clear communication comes in and a new trust in yourself. A good month to gain clarity. What does your inner dialogue look like? Use your wise mind this month. The energy is supportive of that discernment. Give yourself space to have mental clarity moments. Meditate. Organize your thoughts. Free of judgement. 6 of Cups is a return to nostalgia, inner child work, being childlike, an reconnecting with that part of yourself. August seems to bring in those childhood memories, and finding healing in them. There is a remembrance. Ancestral healing. Play medicine. DO THINGS YOU ENJOY DOING FROM YOUR CHILDHOOD. Oracle Cards: Courage & Change  August feels like a month of Phoenix energy. Burn to be reborn. Sit in the change. Celebrate your progress. Trust your voice. Heal what feels needs healing.     June Spirit Messages

    How is it June?! We skipped May but life goes on and we all survived. In todays episode I decided to make it short and sweet and use my Tarot deck to pull us some cards.  6 of Cups: This is nostalgia, childhood, and looking back and seeing what we will keep from our childhood and what we will not take forward into our growth.  8 of Cups: Emotionally detaching from what doesn't work for moving forward. Going inward to reflect on what needs to improve or be left behind.  7 of Swords: Facing the shadow parts of yourself that needs to be worked on in order to let go.  8 of Pentacles: Dedication and mastery of skills, work, and finding what lights you up.  Judgement: A wake up call and new clarity that allows you to step fully into your authentic self.  Growth is big this month!     Meditation & Daily Routines for Mental Health

    Today I wanted to talk about simple routines that I do in my practice, that can inspire those who live a busy life, showcase how routines can help support mental health, daily rituals to attract inner peace, and overall just benefit your life. We discuss meditation, moving  your body, and connecting with your kids and spouse. All so important.  Mindfulness practices and meditation has been the first step, and I go through and describe how I meditate and give tips for how to bring it into your practice.  I hope that by me sharing my daily routine, can spark your curiosity to how to make your daily routine work for YOU. Tailoring a process that benefits  you, is filling  your cup in a way that is NECCESSARY to balancing the mind, body, and spirit. You cannot fill others cup, if yours is empty.  I want to emphasis (because I didn't mention it in the episode this morning) that you can change up your routine times that you do them due to life's unexpected changes, just do them DAILY.     April Spirit Messages

    April is month of BIG changes. Embrace them, don't forget your resilience, don't deny your authentic self, and know growth is happening. HAVE FAITH.  Ground Yourself  Feeling irritated, unfocused, stressed, and overwhelmed are all signs you need to ground. Walk barefoot on our Earth. Deep Breathe. Move your body. Meditate. Pray. Connect to Spirit and the Earth in any way that you feel grounds you this month.   Spirit Fox Trust your talents in changing times. There is so much change in the air and as a Fox they can survive any climate. As we move into Spring the Fox comes out of its den to explore the changes around. There is a shift we all feel and although change is hard, and we may have yet to ever experience this, Fox Energy is resilient. It’s time to trust the shifts and know its for our highest good. Use our wisdom to guide us forward.    Denial  I acknowledge my fear, and I replace it with the insight of awareness. This is a call to live authentically. Don’t shy away from the emotions that arise within you. Don’t hide them from loved ones. Speak your truth, and don’t deny that is what you’re feeling. Denial of these emotions fester into resentment, and resentment feels like poison causing dis-ease in the body. Move it through you. Cry, laugh, scream, and have hard conversations in a loving authentic way.   Codes of the Seeds The blueprint is within you. Take the next step. Seeds know exactly how to grow. Change is the only constant. There is no rushing growth. Growth happens organically and it takes patience to watch them bloom. Seasons change before we can reap the benefits of the baby steps we take daily. Don’t lose faith in your growth.     The Basics of Women's Health with Dr. Mallorie Cracroft

    Dr. Mallorie Cracroft, OBGYN and owner of Uplift for Her, came on the show today, and what a treat it was! She has over 15 years of clinical experience and then created her company to combine that with a more functional approach. Blending both worlds of hippy and conventional, as she states, is the trajectory of overall health and she is a pioneer in the Salt Lake Valley and beyond.  This woman gave us SO MUCH information about women's health. Going back to the basics of women's health is crucial! The topics we discuss are: What are women's private parts? What are the names? What is its overall function? How do we clean it properly? What smells are normal and what aren't? Do we need help with our pelvic floor strength?  What does a healthy period cycle look like?  How do we mentally handle the changes our bodies go through as women? How to talk to your children about these changes? How do explore this topic with a partner? These questions all mesh into each other and this conversation really just discusses the importance that women reclaim their power back when it comes to their bodies.     March Spirit Messages

    Today is Spirit Messages for March! How is it March! And what a hell of a  journey this year has been!  Thanks to Spirit School Podcast for the inspiring.
