Good for the most part
I like how they offer different perspectives. One has a collector/PvE focus and the grumpy one is focused on PvP and telling everyone he is FTP. They have interesting guests. The only thing keeping me from giving it 5* is the 1990’s AM talk radio production and format. I’m not sure why they “throw to commercial”. Also the commercials are too long by about 3-4 mins each break. It surprised me each time I don’t skip ahead. It is free after all, so like the title says, thank you for being good for the most part.
Focus on Content, Please
I started listening to this pod...cast when they did the interview with Carrie, which was phenomenal. Ever since that episode the amount of complaining has gotten a bit out of hand. This new relic system has a lot of the community upset, but let’s get a bit of perspective. This is a four-year-old game and they are trying to cater to a wide range of player demographics. Please try to save the negative knee-jerk reactions in favor of what this pod...cast does great, which is to deliver excellent insight into the game modes through guests who are expert players. I personally am glad the hosts and many of the guests aren’t pay-to-win, that’s what makes the information you deliver valuable. I need to hear from players who are going up against the same challenges as I am, not someone who just spends more money do get ahead. All in all, 60% of this podcast is great, so 3*, and 40% is complaining (and a lot of ads, but, hey, I know they bring in some revenue ;)
Was better before
The pod... cast is less about the game and more about Neil and Paul Anthony bickering. Neil can never let anything go and Paul always has to be right about everything! It’s impossible to listen to anymore! On a positive note, they did earn 1 Star because the production value is high.
