
The Workout Studio
The Workout Studio started simply: making mixed playlists for my own runs and gym sessions. Music that helped me get out the door, stay moving, and push through when energy dipped. Sharing those mixes felt like a natural extension—taking something personal and putting it to work for others. Each month, I release a new mix shaped by whatever moved me during that period. Genres shift, moods change, but the structure is always intentional. Every mix is 1 hour long and follows the arc of a workout: A Warm Up to ease in and find rhythm. A Workout section built for momentum and focus. A Finisher—peak energy to get you through the end. And a Warm Down to bring things back down again.
