    Nachum Plonka, Ph.D., is the Principal Data Scientist at the HeartMath Institute.     As always we start with Good News and Fresh Perspectives: Giving intelligent people reason to be optimistic regarding the trajectory of humanity. This episode was focused on resonant frequency technologies.
