Helping myself and my parenting!

Timing of this podcast launch couldn’t have been more perfect!

Life reflection has been heightened due to most of us losing “our purpose” during the pandemic. By sharing their own (and their guests) routines, struggles and triumphs they have paved the groundwork for more of us to begin utilizing our new found time more efficiently in order to become the best versions of ourselves.

In addition to self-exploration, The Express has helped me to understand what I need to be doing differently or continue doing as a parent to teens. Something that I did not expect to get from the podcast! Being a young mom, I thought I was good because things couldn’t be THAT different since I graduated in the early 2000’s, but listening to The Express made me realize how much HAS changed and what I need to start doing to better help my children find their way in this crazy world. I highly encourage parents to tune-in!

Their fresh, honest, God-abiding, sports-analogy perspectives and tips is just what we all need!
