    Hal Eisenberg Interview

    "I Refuse to Sink" In this episode, I totally lived up to my brand - "The Failure Guy". First, I failed to check my schedule and was late for my conversation with Hal. Second, I totally screwed things up the soundcheck I always do before we get started recording. But believe me: it was all worth it. Also, most unusually, half of our conversation is basically Hal interviewing me. We share a love of music and a "past life" of musicianship. It's also quite synergistic that I am a bass player, and Hal's a drummer: the "rhythm section" of any decent rock band. Hal and I spend the second half of this conversation discussing the Jersey shore, our influences and favorite band, the importance of music in our former and present lives... but don't be fooled. We DO discuss - at least, initially - Hal's amazing life and career. So amazing, that I WILL have another conversation with Hal as soon as possible. I can't wait to actually dive deep into his story... and I'm sure you'll be eager to hear all the rest as well.

    Jaymie Pottinger Interview

Someone in the audience asked him his view on failure - his response made me realize then and there that he had to be a guest on the podcast. In our conversation, Jaymie shares his perspective on failure as a vital component of leadership, illustrating how personal experiences, such as a significant loss in soccer, shaped his understanding of preparation and teamwork.     Marcus Lee Interview

    Carlos Silva Interview – pt 02

From noticing the stark differences between pediatric healthcare facilities in El Salvador and Miami and becoming an agent of change, brokering a partnership between El Salvador's Department of Oncology and St. Jude Research Hospital, which led to a remarkable increase in childhood cancer survival rates. His unflagging dedication to improving the lives of others inspired him to arrange a special fireworks show for the children's hospital, made possible through his connection with the rector of the National University, (who is also his mother-in-law). bringing joy to the children in the hospital whom he saw languishing without activities or facilities. And this is not to mention his entrepreneurial concept: PIFD - Passive Income For Drivers.     Carlos Silva Interview – pt 01

    "Forged in the Flames of Adversity" Carlos Silva has been through a lot in his lifetime: traveling from Guatemala to El Salvador in the 1980s - during the height of their civil unrest - and founding an international shipping company that had step-by-step dock-to-doorstep package tracking managed by fax messages!  Surviving the loss of his six-year-old son to liver cancer, despite the best efforts of himself, his wife and a team of medical professionals here in the U.S. Having his cutting edge logistics operation usurped by the shipping companies that had been handling the shore-to-shore delivery, thus ending his first entrepreneurial effort. Emigrating to the United States, and supporting his family by driving delivery for PostMates, then becoming a driver for Uber, Lyft, SideCar and Solomon - simultaneously! Then - came a series of health challenges so unbelievable and overwhelming, you'll just have to listen to this episode to even wrap your head around it - and this is just part one of our conversation!!!
