The First Three Years’ podcast is a 4-part series exploring the state of early years childcare in the UK today, focusing on those crucial first three years of life. Alex Jones is a journalist investigating the childcare system for The Stack World - despite being one of the biggest drivers of gender inequality, childcare is often overlooked when it comes to the fight for parity. We’re here to change that.
