Joe Faragher, also known as Pickle, is a Los Angeles based drag queen known for her incredible stage presence, campy performances (I once saw her do Pokemon and Julia Childs numbers on the same night), and tall stature (made even taller by stilettos and bouffants that rival Amy Winehouse's). This is the story about what happened before Jose and Pickle met, and how one of the worst nights of his life birthed an unforgettable drag experience.

Organized and able

This pilot episode surprises by blending humor and emotional depth to explore homophobia, sexuality and how one person processed a horrifyingly traumatic experience into something really cool. Joe is hilarious and you will laugh hard at least twice. Kara chooses the music well and I’m looking forward to listening more of these every month.
