Interesting podcast but...vocal delivery...

I really enjoy the topics and the commentary and insight from Kiley. I would rate it higher if it weren’t for kiley’s vocal delivery. Constant valley girl influx where every sentence ends in a question and sometimes the dialogue is repetitive where it seems she’s lost her focus or starts rambling. Not a dig just constructive criticism on delivery, especially since podcasts are all audio. Back when radio was a thing (I’m aging myself lol) newscasters, dj’s and so forth practiced delivery and actually practiced delivery where someone who was from Jersey didn’t sound or talk like they were from Jersey. It’s a craft. Practice delivery and execution I. This podcast would be excellent bc the content is great. Keep at it!

Love this PodCast

This podcast is my favorite. I listen to it every week even if it doesn't relate me. There is always some in site kiley gives about healthy lifestyle that is helpful. Some of the things she talks about though are so relatable and so awesome to hear someone on the same page as me or giving me advice in these areas. I love how she has a very balanced mindset on healthy a fit. She will tell you to enjoy yourself with your food if you want and tell you it's okay to miss a workout but she also gives you the motivation to make better food choices and stick to the healthy lifestyle you want, that's what I love about her, she real and relatable.
