You are tired of not making the progress towards your goals, and you’re sick of living each day like you didn’t accomplish what you set out to accomplish. Hi, I’m Dr. Jena Bradley, and I help new moms just like you regain their strength through my physical therapy expertise and my real life experiences as a busy working mom of 4 little girls. Yes, I love all things schedules, routines and goal setting sessions, but I’m also known for dishing out some juicy health hacks that moms haven’t heard before.
Every week we are going to go on this journey together, and I am going to hold your hand as you navigate your postpartum recovery the healthy way. The good news is you CAN lose weight, get rid of the mommy pooch and have strong abs while maintaining milk supply. I was able to breastfeed my babies for 12 months, maintain my milk supply, and lose the excess baby weight by 4 months postpartum. I know you can too.

I’m so grateful to Dr. Jena for bringing her knowledge to the podcast world. Listening to this podcast has been so helpful. I love all the tips on how to strengthen core while doing every day stuff and squeezing in core workouts in 1 minute or 5 minutes. This is the number 1 podcast for abdominal strengthening and care during postpartum that I have found.

I switched up my whole morning routine- clothes laid out in bathroom- I get dressed before I do anything. I have been setting my alarm for a few minutes earlier each day. I workout before I do anything and then quickly make coffee and my teen's breakfast then get my power hour in. Listening to the podcast while picking apart the atomic habits book has been game changing. I am a year postpartum but this podcast has me finally putting my fitness and health journey back as a priority!!
