She is also early in her career and she gives us great tips on burn out risk reduction, communication with patients and how to screen for RED-S in athletes.     wow... what a RAW episode I just had the pleasure to record with the one and only Brittany Romas (AKA Grittany). She recently had a traumatic injury while dropping the deadlift bar as it scraped her R) distal quad. She has had a multitude of scans and if still unclear of the diagnosis. How does she mentally cope with not being able to train like before?? Find out in this very deep and meaningful episode. She is a tough woman and I have lots of respect for her.     Ladeeeez and gentlenuts... in todays episode, we get to meet an absolute gentleman... Ash Bowden. He works both as a GP and Emergency Dr (pulled a cockroach out os someone's ear recently...) Dr Ash gives a damn about physical activity. He leads from the front by practising what he preaches to his patients. He also holds physios and all other allied health professionals to a high standard as we ultimately work together to help the patient in front of us. There are no egos, just the commitment to help and inspire where we can.
